Your company recently installed a Trane furnace in our home. Patrick and I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how much we appreciated the professional manner in which this was done. First, you visited our home and made a through inspection of the system that was in place. You pointed out the problems that you observed and explained to us that they were the reason that our currant system was not operating properly, even though it was less than 3 years old. You provided options for us to consider and an approximate cost for each. Once we decided to have a new Trane furnace installed you provided us with a firm cost and installation date.
The installation of our new furnace was performed by three very well trained professionals. They did their work in a professional and timely manner. We were very impressed with the fact that they worked quietly, and no off color language or loud talk took place. Upon completion of the installation they cleaned up every scrap of material and particle of dirt. Please let the installers know that we appreciate a job well done.
We received our warranty information several days after the installation was complete. Our new furnace is operating at peak performance and our home is nice and warm. We have estimated that the new furnace will save us about 30% on our gas bill. We Have already recommended your company to several of our friends and will continue to do so.

Larry, thanks for coming out to talk to me about your business straight forward. All the other companies I interviewed sent out this salesperson who just overwhelmed me with tons of information.
